my 2nd gen ipod battery died and I joined that class action suite for some compensation.
A few months later I got the paper work and filed it out.
A year later I get more paperwork claiming that my ipod is in fact a 2nd gen and I checked the 3rd gen box. And that I'm stiill eligible I just need redo the paper work and refile.
Great! I'll have to wait another year to get a lousy $50 gift card that can only be used in a mac store on mac products excluding iTunes.
but I'm not bitter
