sorry for the absence. The owner (who has been out sick) just happened to stop by, so i took it as a sign and talked with him and my AD. At first they were kinda jerky but by the end of it, they asked if I would consider this an "extended leave of absence." pffft! then i got back to the current office (we're moving buildings) and the internet was turned off for the rest of the day.
I'm feeling good. nervous but good. You all are wonderful and thank you so much for wishing me well. I can't believe my thread even got Exador to come out of hiding :P
And just so you don't doubt the sass in my pants, I told them that if I could work half as hard for me as I do/did for them, then I'll not only do fine but I'll be getting paid and treated as much as I'm worth, which was lacking there.
