I'm currently thinking of just freelance at the moment Seff, but I have a client who said that she'll need a 6-month temp for her marketing person when that person goes on maternity leave. That would start Nov. 1, so it gives me a chance to try my hand at freelancing. I can't grow/learn/progress any further than I am now. And it seems as if they've taken away a lot of my "fun" work so that I can just churn out jobs. :\
