Anywhere that has an Epson plotter can do it too (and I'd guess other large format inkjets too).
You can buy canvas, water color paper, and a few other things for their large format printers as well as home printers.
I was just at a show where people had printed on canvas and framed them - you could not tell them from original paintings unless you are a few inches from the canvas, and even then you'd have to be looking for irregularities.Cool stuff, looking to do that soon myself.
