I have the privilege in leaving in a group of aprtments where we all pay the same council tax rate as houses which includes the empting of our bins, but as we are apartments we have to have a huge bin which means we have to pay a seperate fee to get it emptied and are not reimbursed on the fucking wheelie bins we dont have
