  you should still make a consideration to size of your jpegs

  load your jpegs and don't embed them in your FLA.

  SWF, and too many people don't know this, stands for Small Web Format NOT ShockwaveFlash.
  Therefore always go for "web ready" but avoid progressive jpegs.
