In the US..
http://newegg.com is the most popular source, but has problems registering non-us adresses.
I got mine from http://outpost.com paid by IE-address visa, shipped to the US, but their customer service made sure I'd never order there again. I waited over a week for 2 days shipment because they didn't bother to email me they put my order on hold and needed me to fax/email my id to proceed. I had to send it twice, cause the attachment "disappeared" from the first email. Yeah, right.
