oh for christ's sake. you know i don't usually leap into the fray, and if i do, it tends not to be on the side of the yanks, but you lot are always whining about the americans' total lack of cultural sensitivity and how they don't recognise or accept the differences, blah, blah, blah. fucking shut up and get it through your heads:
