ahhhhh... the age old problem:: designers creating work while at one company, then moving to a new company and continuing to show all their past work.
Who is write and who is wrong when a designer/director shows their work because they made it and the company that produced the work also shows it because they produced it? It’s a hard one to answer (no pun intended Justin). I think that it’s all about how the work is displayed. If the producer of the work wants to show it (even though they no longer have a relationship with the designer/director), then they must to give credit to the person who created it. If not, then the producer is misleading the viewer. The producer is suggesting that they can still create work “like” that of what they are showing. In actuality, if the producers no longer have a relationship with the creator, then they can only imitate.
As for you Justin, keep doing what your doing and forget about all the politics. Things always have a way of sorting themselves out... those who just take out the trash start to smell like trash.
mang, what comes around goes around. peace.
