... search domains such as designByYourLastNight.comhttp://www.designbyross.com gets you to me... I llc'ed (kind of like incorporating) myself as Ross Media... then made the same dummy move of realizing I didn't check the URLs...
... but using your last name in some sort of way is also smart - the client won't forget your name (and of course... that can always backfire).
