I believe (as it's reported on most of the news) that China is just as pissed as everyone else because China thought they and NK were best buds as China is the wonderful supplier of oil, arms and other military running goods to NK. Then NK goes and lights off a few warheads when China has been telling them no, so basically China just got fucked in the ass and NK didn't even have the courtesy to give them a reacharound.
