i basicly had them re-create the pepper 10 times in a row and i timed their start/ completion times and each have shaved at least 45 minutes off their initial start.
the next step is that now they have mastered the mesh technique, now i have them re-creating the pepper in wood/ metal/ and water.
all done in vector!!
these interns are only 17 years old and they have a total mastering of CS2.i do not have to explain anything to them!!! i am so jealous of their talent and their speed!!
and they feel so alive knowing they created something so effortlessly and so ffast and so on point, that they are getting the chills looking at their own werk. and it only gets better from here.
i am training them to take the jobs away from seasoned veterans in the inddustry, and this technique has strengthened them even further by giving them a stronger confidence level to make it happen.
