Even when I have nothing to do in the day I just naturally wake up around 8:30am-9am everyday. I can't really stop it (other than taking pills and stuff), partly because I get really hungry in the morning yet I hate breakfast foods. Not that it's a big deal, since I get enough sleep most days.
