over all the site feels very empty. perhaps the logo should be placed above the fold? also if you are going flash why not drop the tahoma in favor of a better type? maybe drop some legal in there so it looks more like a legit company.
seems like no one likes the viewer, i think the +/- is not only a misnomer (try forward and backward arrows), but the placement seems awkward as well.
i'd turn the main scrolling nav off when the image viewer is open as well it's distracting.
add a contact link as well, as it's not apparent that clicking on the logo brings up the email.
