  i always smoke herb, it is legal here. so people even smoke herb in the post office, even the guys behind the counter..people here smoke herb everywhere. the mayor smokes herb day in day out. the kids smoke herb during lunchbreaks. the teachers smoke herb with them.

  in holland everyone smokes herb.

  all the time.
