http://www.rackspace.com are just splendid. Super reliable, very professional, brilliant brilliant support that always gets it right first time, no matter day or night.
Not cheap, we shell out more for our server than my rent, but hey, you cant run sql databases out of your bathroom, can you ?
Thoroughly recommended.
