as for the AMD and INTEL duo core thing....the AMD duo cores are alot better, faster, better at multitasking and rendering but also cost more...right now Im on the process of upgrade my equipment I'd like a AMD FX-2 but they are super pricy...im getting an INTEL DUO CORE for now a barebones kit is like $350 canadian but you have ti set it up yourself then in a few months when the AMD prices drop and SATA drives and DDR2 ram I'm going t oput another one together this way I figure I can get 2 solid machines for the price on one upser uptodate one....thats the best idea i can think of for right now...strictly talking PC though.
