i dont care what anyone says, but i am 21 and i do not remember girls being soooo hot at the age of 16. i mean...seriously...t hey dress...act like they are in college...the only way to tell is..well..

It has a lot if not everything to do with Hollywood/Celebrities.
Hollywood has gotten more attractive over the years, and people want to emulate, if that is too strong of a word, follow in similiar trends as celebrities.
