Yes and No.
On earlier critiques I used to have problems, but I just stopped after awhile.
I'll never forget my boss' reaction when he found out I was colourblind.
He was looking at some book, and it apparently had these numbers inside of a circle, and I kept on saying the "wrong" ones, or seeing nothing.
He shut the book, threw it in a bag and said, "let's just keep this between us."
He's never brought it up since.
