i never said i was anti-war...i am anti-useless spending.
the war itself didn't bother me...some parts did, but not it.

it is amazing how much emphasis and fake respect people put into 'famous' people, yet don't care about others...
the teacher that can enrich a persons life and make a better society is defunct instead replaced by a figurehead of useless value....the world wouldn't be different if basketball didn't exist, yet, if education is neglected then we might as well go back to swinging in the trees.
kids in missouri can't even do proper math anymore...a new, "easier" system had to be devised because they didn't understand basic things like long division? how pathetic is that....but people place so much into a basketball player?
and some wonder why our society is so fucked up.
hm....
i'm all for paying players...reasonable amounts.
minor league players get a normal salary, and they still play their hearts out. why should majors be any different?
i guess the real problem isn't the player himself, it is the screwed up social climate. people have no fundamental priority of importance anymore.
it's sad.
