holy shit dont get me started on kinkos.
Generally 95% of kinkos employees are jerks but stay away from the Kinkos in LA on Vine. i had the WORST customer service in my life from there. it was really quite amazing how badly i was treated.
Was up early in the morning to get an 11X17 print done in time for school. I ended up spending an hour and a half just to get a print at which point i was already late for school.
during that time there was one employee in particular that seemed like he went out of his way to treat me like shit. he was making personal offensive comments when he knew damn well i was pissed off. he knocked down my external HD with an empty paper tube that he was playing around with. and at one point he was litterally hiding from me when i called him for help.
I went fucking crazy. i nearly trashed the place before the manager came out to speak with me.
this was back in May yet i still have to urge to go back and fuck him up when i think about that day.
Anyway, the manager was cool. he gave me an 80% coupon. If anyone wants it let me know.
