GOD.
kinko's is on the top of my list of places i wish would disappear.
it takes them 5 hours to produce ONE b&w 11 x 17, and god help you if you need color.
even when the place looks like a ghost town. i swear, the manager at my local one barely knows how to use the binding machine.
i once told him i needed to compare the print color with a pantone swatch... AND HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT PANTONE WAS.
i hate that place. i bought my own damn printer.
