yeah, i did get to ram my elbow in his stomach once though (after the thing he did that offended me). It was at a Ministry concert and I gathered a bunch of people to go. Was in the moshpit when Stigmata came on and he did something to piss me off so i elbowed him hard in the stomach. He said, "What the fuck was that for?" and i shrugged, saying, "we're in a mosh pit."
