I was at kinkos the other day trying to DL about 30 old zip discs onto my HD...what a nightmare that place was...
Design students trying to do projects, asking the kinkos staff to help and/or do it for them. A couple trying to make their own wedding handouts for a wedding that was happening in a few hrs. Every print needed to be redone. "Bump that up more...that's a mistake, it doesn't fold right..." The poor staff are basically production artist for the incompetent.
