just based on the sheer size of the country, if we were even 50% into soccer i think we could field a team of 11 guys that could make a serious run for the finals. no?

We should be the BEST at everything! Like in the Olympics?! I have no idea why we don't win gold everytime, and/or have a serious shot in every single event.
For a country who has as much moxy as we do, we don't follow through, haha.
