i am finishing concepting up my first delivery of backpacks, messangers, waist-packs, slings, and media storage cases. i will then have to re-design 2 more groups for each category for 3 total collections for each group.
then its concepting all new hardware which consist of metal plates, rubberized injection logos and key fobs, and zipper pulls.
when this process is completed i then spec each bag to make sure construction works with my patterns, and i merchandize the line for each consectutive delivery.
the next step is branding. this will consist of using branded art for linings and jacquards prints.
then its on to planning out a layout for the stores so they can merchandize the look i want to reprezent my line in the shops.
then its time to goto Hong Kong and review my collection with my factories and go over all bags and hardware.
