not too bad considering its yr first site, I would recommend getting rid of the pop however. It adds nothing too the site and my FF here blocks it unless I tell it otherwise so its a pain to try to see.
apart from that not too bad, some less experienced web users might not understand that you need to mouse over the logo to get the menu, again I dont see any benefit from hiding it
