it doesn't have to be a pattern, it could be a solid image
either way it is an html background image over a transparent flash movie
unless of course you want to embed the bg image at which point that is your fault
though, are you actually telling me that you do not feel that the link i gave you provides you with the code/information you need to complete your want?
do you actually need it to be just like that for you to get it?
