Gramme, have you recognized your habit of putting God at the limit of your understanding? You keep plugging him in, you're automatically assuming the prime mover in the universe is God. That's not scientific.

(Jun 16 06, 08:37)I have not yet claimed that my belief in God is scientific, Mimio!! I thought that should have been abundantly clear by now. It's faith. Faith in something that I do NOT claim to fully understand. I do not limit God to my own understanding in any way, shape or form. The nature of deity in all religions has always been understood as that which cannot be fully grasped by weak human minds.
I do however believe that He has revealed a certain limited amount of information about himself in scripture. And just to be clear, that idea is purely unscientific, as it should be.
