    i havent found any decent ones online but here's what i do:

    and hinges and c-clamps to secure the screen to a table.

    second you will ned to apply an emulsion to the screen. like the red stuff here:


    i take my screens to a local shop and they clean my screen and apply the emulsion and burn them for 20 bucks, you might check your local area.

    now when i say burn the screen what i mean is this. once the emulsion is applied, regular sunlight does not burn it (harden the emulsion) so the screen before it is burned is a solid piece green or red, depending on the type of emulsion.

    to get your artwork ready, you create your solids and halftones as one color - black. then you print them out on transparency paper. i use a product at home depot that is safe for inkjet printers, most laser printer will melt them.

    ok, so once your transparency is printed out you position it on the screen and have someone burn it under a strong UV light, so what is black on the transarency blocks the light from the screen and does not burn the emulsion. So once the screen is exposed you hose it off with a pressure water hose and what was blocked from your transparency is washed away, creating a negative.

    *keep in mind there are ways to do this at home. i chose to have someone do it for me cause im lazy and its worth 20 buck to me. but others here might give you a heads up on how to do it yourself

    you can buy inks at just about any art store. keep in mind that for fabrics you want a oil based ink and for print i recomend water based for easier cleanup

    i recommend that if you are just starting out that you begin with a one color job to get the hang of it.
