I had one printed for myself a while ago, and was thinking of selling a few online. But I had ditch the idea again due to the cost of printing them here in Iceland ($200). So if someone in the US would partner up and get them printed there, it could cut a lot off the cost, in shipping too.
I'm sure it could sell a few if it got promoted a bit here and there.
