I understand that a large chunk of users are on Broadband by now but there are still people out there.
Do you build a website for only 1 or 2 browsers or do you fix bugs across all the different set ups.
Are you not worried about eating peoples bandwidth saving on webspace and genrally having a more slim line site?
You don't have to compress the images to fuck 65-70% will suffice but when I see 250k images that should be 70k it really gets my goat because no one can be arsed.
It doesn't take "hours to compress" a siple click of a button or you coud even set up an action.

p.s I live in a blackhole in the UK not even my mobile phone works out here in the sticks
