    yes - I have had a response from them to fill out an affidavit and mail it with the visa statement to be reimbursed.

    Visa have said they'll reimburse me too so im not that worried about it, its just a hassle that id rather not have to deal with. :/

    and NO, I didnt fall for one of those fake emails!! argh im not that thick, i explained above for those who read the thread.

    all up they took about $600nz.

    if u dont have problems with paypal, fantastic! neither had I until this, out of the blue! ....like I say, i've only used paypal once or twice for a couple of teeshirts.
