Yeah there is a decent way to check out those flash movie's - I spent months looking for a program to limit your bandwidth so you can check it out.
here it is, and its free:

it sits in your system tray and you can set the bandwidth of your net connection. you can turn it on and off.
then just navigate to your movie in your webbrowser like you normally would and voila!!
