well first of all you are pretty fucking NAIVE to sell it to someone in countries like russia!!!!!

--I wouldn't deal with Russia either, but those people were sure they got the money allright, apparently unaware one can take it back. Their fault, should've read paypal agreement (and all ever changing amendments). Still, doesn't seem fair.
Paypal is not a reputable company, they got big because they're virtually a must on ebay. Their customer support is nonexistant. I once emailed a question through their system and got two answers, one saying my inquiry is being processed, and a few days later that they're to busy to respond and recommend me to read the faq (which i did in the first place).
The Russia/Philippines laptop scam is quite common and known to paypal. They must know about yet it's still easy to pull out.
