basically what happens in this nasty little scam is this:
1. you get phishing email that sez "YOUVE BEEN HACKED, PRESS THIS BUTTON TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY"
2. you panic, press the button and go to the fake paypal site
3. you immediately change your password "just to be safe"
4. of course, to confirm your identity, you have to type in your original password first
5. the "paypal" site then says, "password changed! sorry this happened, and don't expect a response from us."
6. somewhere in siberia, there is the sound of laughter
