if you play your cards right, you could probably stay at the company...and take her job..if the owners like you, if they hadn't been informed of all this shit by the CD (proper management of a dept. is SUPPOSED to be part of her job right?)
and if the owners can see that it looks likes she's trying to railroad you....
well..
you might just want to stay where you are, and take shit over..
run the dept like it SHOULD b run...
now THAT would be ideal..proper management if a dept is one of the most important aspects of a CD's job...besides setting the tone artistically...
not only does her work suck, but her skills as a manager are horrible..my guess is she's gonna back pedal on this big time....she's been 'found out'...
so she'll excuse herself by saying it was all a misunderstanding, blah blah blah..don't let her get away with it..
if you have a chance..force the issue now...while the iron is hot...
