Lando,
the only report that i realy find interesting from Jakob Nielsen is the annual 'best' INTRANET report. It's of course his point of view but at least it gives people like me the oportunity to see what others are doing to make intranet sites better.
And of course i can go to my boss office and present THE NEXT BIG THING and he will be happy and let me do what i want for the rest of the year!
