the whole Revolution in Military Affairs made sense but Douglas Feith was, like wolfowitz, a zealot which need a lab to prove the concepts in the crucible of reality. Iraq was a hell of a throw of the dice, a feckless adventure whose only success, best I can make out, was that the Crusader tank contract was cancelled.
