about 7 years ago I quit my real job as a 'systems support anylist' at citibank...
...and my I say - citibank has some of the dumbest 'end-users' around the country. This one fella didn't only let his laptop fall off his motorcycle... the next one I sent out to him... he backed over w/his truck.
All IT ever really is... is smart people fixing dumb peoples mistakes... which is why i quit and learned how to play golf.
