in london the average is around 19k. elsewhere it's 15 and a half k.
i started 2 years ago on 14k.it sucks bigtime cos you could basically walk into standard life and work in a call centre with no qualifications for the same cash!.
anyways, u gotta bite the bullet and get your foot in the door mate. good luck.
