    my wife and i saw cremaster 3 at the ludwig museum in cologne a few years back..
    at the time, i thought it was a tad self indulgent...
    my wife just thought it was fucking insane.

    it was a huge instillation at the musuem, a whole floor full of the stuff...the movie playing on a big screen..statues, all kinds of stuff, i think, from a bunch of the cycles...
    it was neat, but ultimately, just plain weird..

    we laughed a lot.
