kodap: if you find one youre interested in you should ask if theyre a preferred outside vendor anywhere. see where their work is comin from. a lot of companies like to call themselves agencies but dont actually get any good work.. or any work period.
if theyre legit they wont be shy to name drop some companies they work with often and show you examples of product they've delivered. when you interveiw they should be pictching to you and trying pretty hard to impress you to come on board. they need you more than you need them.
