when I have a good day my work doesn't get done but I pretend that looking at things means I'm learning, no, refining my visual sophistication when what I'm doing is giving myself pleasure. So. I'll wander down to the NGA and look at some ptgs. Or I'll walk until I have counted five women in wigs or whatever else seems random but in sifficient quantity. I want to get back to my seat- then I'll browse following whatever trail I can. Wikipedia is excellent for this. I pretend even more that this research. Necessary to make me not parochial and someone who knows a little about alot. I can meet insufferable stupidity with unmatched anti-utility.
