NO shit. I started out with Vservers, then they got bought out by Hostpro, Service got a little worse. Then last year got bought out by Interland. Ever since then It's gone to shit. I have a client who I set up with interland and they have been having trouble with there email. A email from china takes sometimes 6 to 7 hrs just to get through. Then sometimes not at all.
However, there tec support has always been good I found, easy to get in touch with.
