It's very busy. Which can be a good thing, but this a little bit of not-good as well (it's one thing to keep finding interesting stuff all the time, but it's another to just lost the heirachy or your way). BUT THAT layout stuff aside....there is a definite feel to it.....I would remove a lot of dots, lines and spangles and generally distracting pieces. And also why not play with the colour more? Maybe for headers. I'm not a massive fan of the rugged concrete look with the bordering, but thats a personal thing.
Gutsy layout, decent effort, needs reordering. Does what it does, bob's your uncle.
