www.dosch3d.com - cars are hit or miss. Some are great, some really suck.
www.turbosquid.com for specific models.
www.cgdatabank.com for the best lower poly cars (go luck ordering utnil they get their english version back up - they will sned a PDF with instructions). I own tons of models from all these guys, and this is the most consistent for quality.
www.evermotion.org, www.3dcafe.com for free ones (some pretty good ones here and there)
