when i was about 6 i was a bad sleepwalker so my parents put large bells on the door to the porch which was by my room.
one december they woke up hearing the bells ringing... luckily... because after a 15 minute search found that i had walked outside in my undies with sleeping bag and was under a tree in the backyard fast asleep.
i would assume i eventually have woken up freezing my ass off.
glad they found this poor girl.
