your question is less an AE question as it is a format question. Frankly your client (in house or otherwise) owes the info to you for you to deliver the correct format for the equipment that will be used for the presentation.
but you could out put a lossless QT in D1 format and use iDVD or DVD Studio Pro to make a playable dvd, that will play on a standard dvd set top or a the dvd player that comes with a Mac.
