allofmp3 is not illegal, but it is immoral.
The gist of it is that you are "importing" mp3 files to the US, something that is not illegal. The US agencies can't shut down a Russian company on the web, and from what I've heard, the Russian government doesn't care.
I've downloaded tons of music from there, and I will usually buy the album once it's realeased. I've told myself that once I get a raise I'd put a couple hundred dollars into buying the actual disc of most of what I've downloaded. Well, that happened last week so I'll probably do it soon.
I like that UK imports are on there pretty quick, when they're not available in the US yet.
